Yes, that's right, this is YOUR wiki. The idea behind a wiki is that it is interactive so that everyone gets involved and is responsible for the content. You are going to use the etherpad to gather your thoughts, communicate and collaborate, find your direction and focus, and then create the needed content on the wiki page. Why not just meet and talk in groups in the actual classroom? A variety of responses answer that: 1) documentation, if you meet in etherpad locations, your work and time is documented, 2) it also demonstrates how you could use etherpad and/or wikis within your classroom setting, 3) it provides you with tools you need to meet at other times besides in-service and once again documents it for your administration. 4) most importantly it establishes the beginning and core network of your professional learning network (PLN).

You will go to the etherpad and type that. Other teachers may know of sites already or you may have to just state your intentions and then leave the etherpad and go search and report back to your etherpad community.)

Explore and find at least 5 web pages that would help you and/or enhance student performance and achievement. Share your finds on your etherpad to make sure you aren't duplicating someone else's efforts, then post your finds to the wiki page. Make sure you create a page for your particular area to post your information to.
